«The Runes» is the unusual indie openworld RPG about magic and adventures. No any annoying quests like “kill 10 orcs and get 15 gold.” Each adventure – is a story that is a part of a huge open world … World with many secrets and mysteries. The most ordinary-looking tree can be a secret door to the underground ancient city… Usual walking through the dungeon could end up meeting with dog mafia. Often you will need to think – how to get to the some place. How to get to the World of the Dead? What’s in the catacombs under the city? And for opening a secrets of the world you will need a magic. Usually in games magic – is just a ranged weapon with a sparkling animation. We have tried to bring magic to its ” book version.” If you will turn to someone, you can not just wait for some time and turn back . You will need to find a way to break the spell . and if you will be poisoned, there will be no “damage per second ” – you will find the antidote , or you will die.
