Balko

Balko , based on the German TV series of the same name, is a point-and-
click adventure where the player has to solve a criminal case in the role of
the lead character Balko, with the help of his assistant Krapp. A young man
dies during a fight. The autopsy is inconclusive but Balko and a colleague
believe it is murder. During the investigation they discover that the victim
is a more than a dubious character, with a lot of enemies.

A lot of locations and characters are inspired by those of the TV series. The
game is advertised as an interactive crime film, but classic adventure
elements are used, such as collecting and combining items, and interrogating
suspects (with different questions all leading to the same conclusion). There
is a hotspot key that highlights all active elements in the environment.
