WizFight is a local multiplayer game about dueling wizards for 2-4 players. It is a game about not caring that all you can do is throw banana peels at people while that other guy can draw lightning bolts from the sky.
WizFight was originally being written in HaxePunk. The game is currently being rewritten in Unity to better facilitate ports to other platforms.
WizFight (HaxePunk) was in alpha. Features include:
* Thrilling high-speed deathmatch gameplay.
* Over 30 unique wizards, each with their own power. Some are badass while others are hilarious.
* Five different gameplay modes with more on the way.
* Single-player/co-op mode with moddable monsters.
* Eight arenas.
* Xbox 360 controller support.
* Support for custom levels, each with their own tilesets, music, and trap placement.
WizFight (Unity) will include all of those features and the following are also planned:
* More wizards, more arenas and more traps. The plan is to roll out more content even after release.
* More gameplay modes, including a mode with a stock amount of lives and team modes.
* An integrated level editor.
