Skwerm

Skwerm is a survivability game with an interesting twist (literally). Players control a worm with their mouse in order to avoid flying objects. The longer you survive, the more points you get. Also, many different powerups will spawn that you can hover over to activate; however, they aren’t all beneficial. Ready, set, skwerm!
