## Description

_Phyta_ is a game mostly focused on aesthetics where the player directs the
grow of a black plant by positioning a black sun, controlled by the mouse. The
game consists of five levels and the player progresses by catching, ensnaring
and trapping little golden creatures. The growth of the plant and the
thickness is determined by keeping the left mouse button pressed and
positioning the black sun strategically.

New parts sprout from each other and they need to be directed around and in
front of a creature to trap it. In the meantime, the game scrolls forever
vertically. With each trapped creature, the black sun grows. In later levels
the creatures become much stronger and they are able to break through most
barriers until the vast blackness eventually gets the better of them.
