Classic Hugo’s house of horrors. If you have never had the opportunity to play this you should definitely try to find an emulator.
It was one of only a few adventure ‘quest’ style games of the era. It required you to type in what action you wanted to do.
Example:
You start outside the house, with a full moon and bats flying about. You’ll see a pumpkin
on the front porch. Walk up to it and type: “Get Pumpkin”. Now type “Open Pumpkin”.
Out of the pumpkin will burst a little key. Walk over to the key and type “Get Key”. Now
you can go and “Unlock the Door”, and the “Open the Door”. The door will creak open…
