Cycling Manager puts you at the head of a professional cycling team. You need
to organise and plan contracts, budgets, training camps, decide on race
tactics, divide skills and follow the opposition. There are 1300 riders, over
300 real-time 3D races. You can create your own riders or spot upcoming talent
with the new scouting system.

The fourth game in the series has a reworked interface, a simplified career
mode and improved AI. There is more realism, as the weather now effects the
performance of your team. There are 18 new national championships, a time
trial mode, a new training system and a motorcycle TV camera to keep an eye on
your riders during the race.
