Backgammon Deluxe is an updated and enhanced version of Backgammon Deluxe.
It is still a straightforward game with traditional red and black game pieces
but the game now has sound and a few customisation options, there’s an
alternate blue board colour and both the board’s border an the background
screen can be changed.

It’s a single player, mouse controlled game with two levels of difficulty,
novice or an expert, where the player always plays against the computer.

There is an in-game help screen with the rules of backgammon and save/reload
options.

The game is available as shareware from the developer’s web site and it has
also appeared in some board game compilations
