## Description

_Afterlife 2: Rickard’s Journey_ is a narrative platformer, in which
protagonist Rickard Bronson returns to the Thirteen Realms of Hell to complete
the journey of discovery he began in Afterlife: Rickard’s Quest, and foil the
plans of the mysterious enemy whose theft of the Cruciforms initiated the
story of the original game.

The gameplay takes a different approach to the first game, seeing Rickard make
his way through the game on foot, in the more traditional style of the genre,
rather than by balloon – but as in the series’ first installment, various
features and additional modes of play are unlockable within the game.
