8Realms is a browser strategy by Jagex studio, known for such titles as RuneScape or Stellar Dawn. Its powerful advantage is a very well written code that allows you to take part in the game on almost every computer, regardless of the hardware configuration. Due to its availability, the product reaches almost every customer who wants to break away from everyday life at least for a moment.

While developing the game in their work, the creators drew inspiration from the best representatives of the genre. The key to victory is, therefore, the proper development of our country, obtaining the necessary raw materials and recruiting the most effective military force possible. Initially, we manage only a modest village to expand it into a powerful empire. Its development will be guided by eight historical periods, starting from the most classical ones, through contemporary years, and ending with the future.

The game stands out from the competition mainly due to the innovative technology in which it was designed. The whole thing is almost entirely based on HTML, and rejecting novelties such as flash or Java scripts. Thanks to this, the title can work on virtually any computer with a web browser installed. We don’t need a modern PC to run it, so even typical office equipment can cope with it. Nevertheless, the graphic design presents itself quite well by the standards of browser-based productions.
