The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080. HELI system requirements state that you will need at least 32 GB of RAM. You will need at least 19 GB of free disk space to install HELI. An Intel Core i7-7Y75 CPU is required at a minimum to run HELI.
HELI will run on PC system with Windows 10 and upwards.
