While searching for her father off the coast of Antarctica, Dr Winters is lost at sea. When she awakens, she is alone and realizes her entire ship being slowly digested within what appears to be an enormous stomach. Inside the deep pits of the leviathan, she faces many horrific monsters; some of which were once men and women. Desperate to survive, she struggles against a perilous environment and the creatures around her in an attempt to escape back into the world she thought she knew.
