Blink is based on a simple "sequence recall" method which has been shown to efficiently boost working memory. Colored circles are flashed on the screen in a particular sequence and the user must remember the sequence and punch it back in. With each new round, the sequence becomes one step longer, pushing the user's memory to the limits.
