This app is owned by Fantappstic LLC, by downloading it you agree to not use it in cases where it's not allowed (i.e cheating in high school exams, etc)

This section applies to you if you become a subscriber of one or more of our services.

Current services are:

Unlimited Answers + Trending (Monthly Subscription)
Unlimited Answers + Trending (Yearly Subscription)

Your payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month 24-hours before the end of the current period, and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

At the end of purchase via iTunes, you will have unlimited access on this device. To activate full subscription benefits on other devices you will need to download the app in them and click on "restore purchases"

As stated in the iTunes Terms of Services there are no refunds and you may cancel auto-renewal at any time. All sales are final. Prices shown are in U.S. dollars or its equivalent in local currency, where applicable. Other restrictions may apply.
