Server widget for Minecraft

## Description

This app is a useful tool for anyone who plays on a Minecraft server. Add any server to the app and see useful information about it including:

* Online Status
* Number of players online
* List of players who are online**
* Host
* Port
* Message of the day
* Server Version

**To be able to see the list of players who are online 'enable-query' must be set to true in server.properties and then restarted.

This app also includes an extremely useful widget so you can see who's currently on a server at a glance!
