Electronic music trailblazer Giorgio Moroder and co-composer/producer Raney
Shockne teamed up to create a next-generation soundtrack for TRON RUN/r.
Focusing on the edginess of the game design and marrying sonic notions of
speed and space with data streaming and AI, Moroder and Shockne created a
memorable soundscape that ties perfectly to the onscreen action in the game. A
handpicked team of cutting-edge remixers was then asked to reinterpret and
extend this work. The result is a breathtakingly sweeping soundtrack that
stands on its own as a wothy successor to the iconic soundtracks for the TRON
films. Featured remixers are Autechre, Rusko, Plaid, Darkstar, patten and
Bibio.
