I had a really hard two months. I barely worked, couldn’t get out of bed, drowned myself in video games, and stayed home isolating myself from others. I didn’t do much of anything, except start working on the game TREATMENT. My depression rarely inspires creativity but somehow I converted my time with video games from a way to drown out my thoughts into a way to engage with my frustration.The game was called TREATMENT and it featured a dark blobby shadow going to a doctor who prescribed them arbitrary medications for an arbitrary diagnosis. It was my way of laughing at my never ending struggle with my mental health.
