Star Knights Episode One – “A Starlit Empire” is a Single Player game
Star Knights Episode One is a adventure through space. You begin as a every day star cop. Keeping the intersteller safe from criminals, and embark on a great journey through the universe.
On your mission you will meet interesting characters and powerful enemies.
You will gather a group of interesting members to your team as you explore and fight your way through-out the universe.
Not only can you fly through space, but also land on several hundred procedurally generated planets. Some planets are “Planet Raids” where you can play mini-games and different modes to find loot, progress the story and just generally have fun.
Modes include:
1 – 2D Overhead RPG mode – talk to other NPCs, fight alien enemies and find loot.
2 – 2D IsoMetric Mode – see the world in a different way – with the looks of classic games like Fallout 1 & 2
3 – Face your “Doom” – mode – a Raycasted mode where you can explore and battle in a almost 3D environment.
\- You can upgrade your ship. With weapons, new engine parts, gadgets such as advanced radars/friend or foe targeting systems.
Cine – Cine is our custom game editor. With this you can script, build and animate whole new adventures based on our world, or completely new worlds that only use our engine and tools, with the story and characters and rest by you – Not only can Cine let you build and animate your mods, it also lets you use CS scripts to power them Meaning mods can be truly original and not just our gameplay with new GFX.
Cine includes a TimeLine cinematic editor, for engaging 2D cinematics, that can pan/rotate/move and react to each other.
Cine is wrote in c# and uses our actual game engine emdeded into the app, for 100% accurate design feed-back.
The final game will include a ModSDK to allow anyone to try making mods, from whole new stories to just gameplay mods.
