Space Colonist is a project I started 10 months ago. When I was working on this game I have been taking inspiration from games like Rimworld or Timber and Stone, I wanted to play game like Rimworld but in 3D world and there is it! Space Colonist.
Production about building colony, gathering resources, fighting with space pirates or enemy colonies. Game is currently in alpha and I don’t want to hide, you can find some bugs there. Now I’m still working on them to make game playable. If goal ends with positive effect, I will do my best to add more and more stuff to the game, remove all bugs and release it in it’s full glory as it was intended.
You can specialize your colony in couple different ways, for example trading outpost, military base or both. In the future I will include more power sources like termal generators or power crystals with ancient energy stored in them. Now, energy crystals are only used in force field generator.
I want to include in the game some parts of space rts games likes: tanks, drones,cyborgs etc. and see how people fight with other colonies/civilizations in huge battle with their own armies.
