When a user first joins the game, they’re given a fixed amount of Royals (premium currency) and Goo (free currency). Using the currency they have, they can create rooms in which they can build anything from houses, to dungeons, mazes, clubs, offices, anything they can imagine and build using blocks and other objects!
They’ll be able to create their very own custom character using basic or premium items bought using the currency.
Now, you might wonder what these “premium” items and perks are and how do you get them? Premium items will be items available only to Premium users, users who have submitted a monthly recurring subscription to us. Also, every month they’ll get a certain amount of Royals, currency which will be very inaccessible to basic users.
The game, even from the very beginning, will be free-to-play. Users are not required to pay any amount of money to play and enjoy the game. However, if they want to have access to certain premium items, perks or character parts, they will have to submit a subscription. These subscriptions and other advertising elements on the website and launcher will keep the game up and running, since Kat Game Studios does not have any kind of monetary income.
