MineBatch is an indie game developed by an individual. MineBatch is free and coded by using Batch language. MineBatch is also an DOS version of Minecraft, and this game has frequent updates. News are created by using Camtasia Studio and sometimes with Animoto Trial. MineBatch was developed useing Sublime Text 3, it is a paid text editor. That is all I can say.
