## About This Game
Meiro is a Survival Game set in the far future. People have grown astray from
the highly technological world and as a result, have forgotten how to operate
the complex machinery and what horrible actions lead to its creation.

You awaken to find the lands and everything you held dear has vanished. What
once was is now destroyed and you together with your friends must figure out
how to escape from the expansive maze that traps you. To survive, one must
manage their own livelihood, taking hunger and thirst into account. Creating a
base of operations and stocking up on resources before heading into the alien
maze, which is filled with unseen horrors and traps.

Survival
The player will be challenged to find ways to maintain the most essential
needs for survival. Finding a source of drinkable water and food fit for
consumption. Besides this, the player will need to brave the maze and
everything within it, discover the secrets that are hidden within, all while
dodging traps and combating enemies. Hopefully, there will be a way to escape.

Crafting
Construct a base together with other players or alone. This will serve as a
safe haven to recover from the horrors that lurk within the maze. Stock up and
craft weapons, armor and various items to increase your chances of survival.
Uncover ancient recipes thought lost to further venture into the maze.

Brewing
Discover your inner alchemist through the advanced brewing mechanics. Brewing
within Meiro gives the player the freedom to design their own potions through
a complex brewing station. Examine base ingredients for their chemical
properties and combine these to make your own creations by regulating
temperature and pressure. Alternatively, the player can venture out into the
maze and learn of powerful mixtures through ancient texts.

Skills
Master craftsmanship by tinkering away with the various crafting disciplines
available in Meiro. Build and refurbish your surroundings as you once knew or
focus on arming yourself against the threats of the maze. Rediscover knowledge
thought lost by finding data scattered throughout the maze and piece together
how previous generations pushed science beyond boundaries. Learn from their
findings and avoid making the same mistakes until you too can improve
yourself.
