MacBlaster
The player is a programmer who has developed a very successful GUI, however,
the Evil Fruit Empire has a monopoly on their range of GUIs and is eager to
do anything to stop him/her!
MacBlasters is a Space Invaders clone in which the player controls a PC
that must shoot down an incoming wave of Mac computers with rotten apples. If
the PC is within a Mac’s range, it will shoot computer mice at it. After the
destruction of a Mac, a copyright bar will come down towards the PC, and will
continue to do so until a level is finished. The player must either shoot the
copyright bar or avoid it. Each level is like the level before it, but
increasingly faster and more difficult. The player only has a single life, and
so, if they come in contact with a computer mouse or copyright bar, the game
is over!
