## Description
A promotional tie-in for the 2010 remake of the film _A Nightmare on Elm
Street_ , this interactive movie presents players with a teenaged girl in her
bedroom, tired and at risk of becoming prey for legendary slash-flick mass
child murderer Freddy Krueger — whose vengeful spirit murders his victims _in
their sleep_. Hence, the player’s goal: to keep her awake. This will be
difficult to achieve, but players get scored on how long they are able to get
her to stave off the lethal ropes of sleep under their direction.
This direction takes the form of following player guidance to various
alternatives to sleep: exercise, showering, the ingestion of stimulants, the
distraction of electronic media, and, controversially, the infliction of pain.
