Half-Light is, at its core, a survival-exploration game wherein you seek to rebuild a broken-down time-machine from parts scattered all over the island, and escape it’s dark secrets. Use powers of time-travel and telekinesis to help work your way through the islands traps, and solve puzzles. Don’t starve – food and water are in plentiful supply, but try to avoid the rancid food and stagnant water, you might get ill and lose a few vital days. But don’t worry if you do, medicine is on hand for just such an occasion. And keep an eye on the weather, cold nights might require fires, and on hot days you might get dehydrated – perhaps medicine won’t be all it takes. When not surviving you must investigate the past of the island you are trapped on, it’s strange citizens, and the sinister experiments they took part in in order to uncover the answers you seek.
