The Bible Online is a browser-based MMO strategy with a strong admixture of roleplaying elements. The game allows us to play the role of Abraham and his descendants, so that we can personally take part in events well known to every Christian.
The task of players as tribal leaders is to build villages, deal with raw materials and manage the budget. Furthermore, they still have to choose between war and diplomacy. The distinguishing feature of The Bible Online is that tribes cannot stay in one place for too long. The ultimate goal of the game is to reach the Promised Land. Moving the people of Abraham from Ur through Kharan to Canaan will not be easy, and there are many difficulties and challenges awaiting players during this journey.
The game has also been enriched with roleplaying elements. One of these manifestations is the system of descendants, thanks to which at some point in the game appear the characters of Abraham’s descendants, namely the son (Isaac) and grandson (Jacob). Side tasks allow us to experience less known fragments of the biblical story. An additional attraction is the graphics based on historical research of that period.
