Global Agenda 2

Global Agenda 2 is a network science fiction shooter, which is a continuation of the game from 2010. Production uses a free model with micropayments. The project was developed by the same band as the original one, i.e. Hi-Rez studio, which has also had successful Tribes: Ascend and SMITE.

The action of the game takes place on Earth in the XXII century. Players take on the role of well-trained and equipped with the most modern gadgets special agents. They take part in a war invisible to the average citizen, in which the largest corporations and organisations fight for control over knowledge and technology.

The first part offered a lot of different options and modes, but at the same time none of them was properly worked out. In case of continuation, the team abandoned PvE games and instead focused primarily on PvP, i.e. battles between players. The game does not offer an open world and duels take place on large but closed maps. Global Agenda 2 uses some elements of the original, especially graphics, but the gameplay itself has been thoroughly redesigned. A mass of new maps, modes and character classes has also appeared.

Fighting mechanics has remained very dexterity and the outcome of the clashes depends mainly on the skills of the users, although there is also an extensive system of improving the characters and their equipment. The authors enriched the game client with a lot of helpful social functions and a lot of interesting options, such as spectator mode, which allows you to track other people’s battles in a comfortable way.
