Welcome to the glorious city-state of Tallarn! You will find any entertainment to your taste here. Drop in at taverns and listen to the stories of local regulars. Buy smuggled goods from elven traders. Beat the best price from the wizard for an amulet. Listen to the songs of wandering bards. Go to the zoo and have a look at the dragon. Maybe you want to hire an assassin? Rumors go, there is a guild of higly trained assassins operating in the city. If you have you come for new knowledge, visit our famous University. Want to study Magic? Then the School of Magic is waiting for you. The roads from the entire world lead to this city.
Well, my name is Frakas. I’m the fattest and the cheapest wizard detective in this city. Once I was a hero in the war against orcs and the chief of the city guards, but the addiction to beer has taken me to the bottom of life, and now I rent a small room in the slums.

Story
The city is on the verge of war. Orcs are threatening to attack the state. The king of the Elven Valley arrives in the city to form an Alliance against the orcs. But someone steals his magical crown and now the alliance against the orcs is under threat.
