Welcome to the world of Footprints – a unique minimalistic game where everyone is invisible and all you can see are their footprints being left behind.
Featuring both solo play and multiplayer modes, there’s plenty of fun for everyone!
Create blueprints on your own or with friends, then share them with the world via Steam Workshop!
## Game modes
### Mazes
This mode is perfect for both solo play and multi-player. The aim is simple: to be the first to reach a certain point in the maze. You will see other footprints, but… do you follow in others’ footsteps, or take you’re own path? The choice is yours.
There will be a leaderboard for the fastest times, and achievements too!
### Multiplayer deathmatch
This is how the initial concept began. The idea is to shoot other players, either the opposite team (team deathmatch) or anyone you see (free-for-all). The only problem is, you can’t see them… only footprints. Much like paintball, you have a certain number of pellets, and get it once and you essentially die.
### Capture the flag
Two teams have to try and get the other’s flag back to their own, but much like Deathmatch… all you can see are footprints and the flag. One shot and you’ll drop the flag. Will your team defend it and continue your journey or will the other team get to it first?
### Last man standing
This game mode was discovered during the first ever playtest I did with friends. The aim is to be the last man standing on a block while blocks around you randomly disappear (or explode?)
## Original Soundtrack
Footprints features an awe-inspiring original soundtrack that is currently being composed and produced by LorD and master.
## 360 Controller support
This was actually one of the first features to be implemented! As for other controllers, I don’t see why not… but for now there’s 360 support!
