The _Cait Sith Doll Minion_ and _Mog Cap_ are in-game items for Final Fantasy
XIV: A Realm Reborn available only to those who pre-ordered the regular or
Collector’s Edition. Some countries, like Germany even had a pre-order case
containing the download code for the extras.

In addition to the two items, the pre-order code enabled players to have early
access to the game and experience the world of Eorze a few days before the
official release.
