The action takes place in a standard, magical fantasy world, and players play as the commander of a small band of mercenaries. We start with complete yellow beetles, but over time our subordinates will gain experience and will be joined by hired veterans. The game does not have a typical storyline layer, instead we freely choose missions and tasks, and the stories we get to know relate mainly to events from the past. Praiseworthy, each tenant has their own history and personality, so that conversations with them are interesting and often humorous.
The game consists mainly of battles with monsters and people. The combat system is based on rounds and offers a satisfactory level of tactical depth. We have at our disposal a lot of different types of units, each of which has different strengths and weaknesses. Land use plays an important role, and during clashes we often make use of a large arsenal of spells. Our characters are divided into four classes – Mage, Warrior, Archer and Priest. With an extensive set of skills and hundreds of items available, we can specialize each team member and develop them in the direction we want. The world made available by the authors is impressive in size, with hundreds of extensive missions placed on it. When we get bored with the fight against artificial intelligence, we can get bored with clashes with other players.
