Bubble Xmas
Your mission in this game is to shoot with your gun, firing colored bubbles at
the bubbles already in the level. When your fired bubble comes in contact with
other bubbles, it will attach there, unless it hits at bubble with the same
color, which has at least one another same colored adjacent. In this case,
these three or more bubbles will vanish and you will score.
With each shot, your thermometer will rise. Once it hits the top, the ceiling
will move one row down and the thermometer resets. You can counter the rise of
the temperature by detaching bubbles. This happens when you neutralize certain
bubbles and some other colored bubbles have no longer a connection with the
rest, these then falling down. The more bubbles falling down, the more does
the temperature fall.
If some bubbles reaching the bottom of the playfield, you loose.
The game offers 3 different game modes: Classic, Puzzle, and Endless
Classic works exactly as mentioned above. To increase the fun, there are
Power-Ups in the game. More and more Power-Ups, but also more different
colored bubbles, will show when you advance through the levels.
Puzzle works like Classic, except there are no Power-Ups, and the level is not
generated. There are 20 different levels per difficulty available, most of
them are geometric figures.
Endless is a variation of Classic, whereby the ceiling won’t come down.
Instead a new, randomly generated, bubble row will appear. And unless you
don’t clear old rows faster then the new row appearing, this game mode can be
really endless.
What’s so special about this Bubble game, compared with other Realore-Bubble-
game, is that both background art and music are in Xmas style.
