## Description

_Anglo-German War 39-45_ is a hex-based wargame set in World War II. The 42
scenarios, which can be played separately or as campaign, cover a variety of
battles in Western Europe and Northern Africa (the war between Russia and
Germany is the theme of the predecessor). As usual in this type of game, the
player spends most of the time with analyzing the situation and the various
statistics in order to find out the appropriate tactical approach. Each turn,
representing one week, is divided into three phases: deployment (allocating
air and naval units, rebuilding units, etc.) and two ground operations phases.
Some options (e.g. fog of war, AI options or pre-defined historical happenings
like Spain joining the Axis) can be enabled when starting a new match.
