## Description
A large re-visitation to Crowther and Woods’ Adventure, the first text
adventure game, this one works with much of what was previously implemented
while adding a great deal of new material to the underground cave complex and
its forested aboveground area. To demonstrate, Don Woods’ canonical version
only featured 350 points, while this one boasts 770. The more recent 550 and
660-point expansions contained 248 and 329 locations, respectively, while this
one has _478_.
The basic premise and interface remains not far from that of the eternal
classic: the player uses a very simple text parser to control the actions of
an adventurer treasure-hunting in a series of magical caves and open-air
locations. As a notable addition, the VOCABULARY command eliminates a major
irritation of text-based games, by providing the full list of verbs required
to complete the game, as well as of objects so far encountered by the player.
