Summary
7 and half is an Italian card game similar to Blackjack. The aim of the game is to make the total of their cards approaching more than 7 and a half of the dealer’s cards, but not more than 7 and a half. 7 and half is played with a deck of 40 cards. You can choose from Spanish style Neapolitan cards.
