    已找到原因，Vmware Workstation PRO 12.5.2安装完后生成的VMware Virtual Ethernet Adapter for VMnet1和VMware Virtual Ethernet Adapter for VMnet8网卡启用后配合校园拨号后生成的PPPOE网卡会导致流量全无，将这两个网卡禁用后SSTAP1.0.9.2使用正常，如图所示https://i.loli.net/2017/10/23/59ed96441053a.png

    左下角两个为Vmware生成的两个网卡，singleNetPPPOE为校园网拨号程序拨号成功后生成的网卡
