Russia is suffering of economic crisis. Factories are being closed one after another. The north part of the country has also not been avoided those incidents. At the biochemical factory located there happened an accident, that led an evacuation of population from the territory of 500 square kilometers, but especial part of that district was fenced with concrete wall.
