The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080. An Intel Core i5-4590 CPU is required at a minimum to run World Builder. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i7-6700K to play the game. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 3 GB of free disk space available. The minimum memory requirement for World Builder is 8 GB of RAM installed in your computer. If possible, make sure your have 4 GB of RAM in order to run World Builder to its full potential.
