Alfheim MMO is a fandom MMO inspired by Alfheim itself (norse mythology) and the popular Alfheim Online of Sword Art Online’s second arc.
The game will have a large playable world, divided into separate ‘territory’s’ for each of its fairy elf like races. All players have the ability to fly and have wings on their avatars. Located in the center of the world is a very large tree called Yggdrasil, and the grand goal of the game is to reach the top. The game has a skill based system with players increasing their stats by developing both their combat and non-combat skills, in a fashion similar to the latest installments of the Elder Scrolls game series.
Additionally New game content will be added to the game after release, such as fan service like adding floating castles that will later be accessible to Alfheim MMO players.
Currently the game is aiming for a stable playable release of January 2015. The plan is in the next 6 months to start Alpha testing then later on Beta testing.
