## Description
Fraction-O-Meter allows users to build their skills in:
Evaluating and estimating fractions
Expressing fractions as decimals and percentages
Factoring to reduce fractions to their lowest terms
Visualizing fractions as a portion using the meter
Users can choose to work with fractions which have denominators from two to 99, and can select to have the decimals rounded to two, three or four digits. (Note: Four-digit decimals are tricky on a smaller display.)
A "close enough" allowance lets a user see if the result is off by only small amounts, ranging from 0.0001 to 0.05.
