Five Routes

## Description

This mini chess game may be played by one or two people.

Each player has five pieces in one color at the start.

The game ends when: a player owns all ten pieces, a player can no longer move any of his/her pieces.

The player can move a piece along straight line (i.e. to allowable points prompted by green dots). The piece can't jump over any other pieces. If a piece is surrounded, it can no longer move.

No pieces will be taken out of the board.
When you lose one or more pieces, the color of your pieces is changed to the color of your opponent pieces.
When you gain one or more pieces, the color of your opponent's pieces is change to the color of your pieces.

How to gain one or more pieces:
moving a piece to a new place where your opponent's piece is in the middle of your two adjacent pieces in a line; or
moving a piece to a new place where your piece is in the middle of two opponent's adjacent pieces in a line.

These two rules can be applied consecutively. After the owner of a piece is changed, these two rules will be applied again. It may cause more subsequent color changes.

This game supports the following modes:
1, Practice: for a new player who does not know the game well.

2, Easy: once the player understands the rule, and knows how to play, this is the next mode.

3, Normal: this mode is more difficult than the easy mode.

4, Puzzle: Find out the movement for a white piece, so that all white pieces are changed to black.

The preceding 4 modes may be played by one player, i.e. the player plays against iPhone.

5, Local: you can play with a friend on an iPhone or an iPad.

6, Online: you can play with a friend over the internet.
