The outside columns are build down (KING to ACE) in any suit. An empty cell can be filled with any card.
The inside columns (the foundation) are built up (ACE to KING) suited.
You get one pass through the reserve pile one card at-a-time.
CONGRESS - The classic game.
SENATE - Unlimited cycles through the deck 3 cards at-a-time.
JUDICIAL - Each tableau pile starts with four cards.
EXECUTIVE - Empty cells can only be filled with Kings.
