This application is for use by CG wagering customers who are 21 years of age or older and may only be used within the State of Nevada. CG wagering accounts must be applied for in person at a CG Sports Book location in the State of Nevada. To sign up, a customer must complete a required account application and present a valid ID and social security number or passport.. CG processes all applications to verify that the applicant meets all criteria to open an account.
