## Description

This app handles all the possible actions and information that could help the Radio Operator pin-point the opposing team's location on the map.

Tracks enemy actions:
\- Movement
\- Mines (dropping and detonating)
\- Torpedos
\- Silence
\- Surfacing

Incorporates information gathered from your Captain's actions:
\- Drones
\- Sonar
\- Weapon explosions (Torpedos and Mines)
