Keeping your brain fit is just as important as keeping your body in trim but the need for mental exercise is often overlooked.
As with physical exercise, the best mental exercise is one you can do at any time and for any duration. BrainExercise is just the thing!
Mental arithmetic against the clock not only provides exercise (for your brain) but helps tone your concentration.
The concept is simple:
\- add green numbers to the provided starting number
\- subtract red numbers from the provided starting number
\- ignore blue numbers
\- when the arithmetic is complete, enter your answer
\- done against the built-in stopwatch...

BrainExercise provides multiple levels (Easy, Middling and Hard) each with a choice of 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 numbers to add/subtract; you can also select one puzzle at a time or a sequence with the clock running until all are solved. The scale of starting and add/subtract numbers is set by the chosen level (the starting and add/subtract numbers are from a larger range as the level is increased).
