Features include:
\- Time Arbitration
\- Custom Time Setting
\- Custom Overtime Setting
\- Familiar Interface
(Settings are disabled while game is in progress)

Use just like a real clock:
\- Start a game by starting your opponent's clock by tapping yours.
\- Touch both clocks simultaneously to stop/pause a game.
\- Use the reset button in settings to begin a new game.
