In this game, you play the role of a child who has an appointment with Dr. Christiansen the next day. That night, you have a strange dream. You are transported into another world - one that is overrun with cavities and tooth decay. The people of this world ask you to help them defeat these cavities and restore peace to their world. Fortunately, you brought your toothbrush with you, and so you can do battle with the cavities.

Dr. Christiansen is somewhere in this strange new world - if you can find him and help him, not only will you save this new world, you'll be transported back to your own and get to visit the dentist the next day!
