## Description

This app helps train the spelling rules in a playful way and is suitable for elementary school aged children. A whale presents the word with a missing syllable and the child can then choose one of the two or three answers which are each suggested by a flying dragon fish. The child can learn the spelling rules with using the rules button on the the top of the screen. The blue monster Klaus then gives feedback. The underwater sound makes the playful environment seem more real and takes away from the school feeling. Points and collected fish are saved for every game and compared to previous highscores in order to measure progress. This game is distinguished by its loving design, a high learning and fun factor and its high didactic demand.
