自己嘅事自己話事 (MyShot MyChoice) App 是由香港大學護理學院研究團隊開發、專為青少年而設的 HPV疫苗接種決策支援智能手機應用程式。MyShot MyChoice App是一個以中學生作為主角的人生遊戲，玩家在遊戲中會面對在成長、家庭、健康、學業、友情及愛情等不同的情境，並且自行作出適合自己的選擇。在遊戲中，有關HPV病毒及其健康資訊會以有趣的方式呈現，希望能提高中學生對預防疾病的意識和支援中學生接種HPV疫苗的決策。
