High or Low - Card Game

## Description

High or Low - CardGame Is a game played between you and the dealer (the computer).
Played with the standard deck of 52 cards the player is challenged with deciding if the next card is higher or lower than the card on the screen.
High or Low - CardGame will put your memory and knowledge of card playing to the test.

Rules
The object of the game is to guess whether or not the card dealt is HIGHER or LOWER than the previous card.
If your guess is correct you're awarded a point.
If your guess is incorrect the dealer is awarded a point.
If the card dealt has a value that is equal to the previous card a DRAW is called and no points are awarded.
Whoever has the most points when all the cards have been dealt is the winner
